Project management planning on sub structure area, very important to ensure efficient and effective construction projects. This research was purposes managing the material precast pile sloof using requirement (MRP) method in flat residence West Sumatera. The scope were lot for (LFL) bar bending schedule contingency plan (to minimize wasted material). results of analysis study, implementation MRP (LFL technique) consists cost shop drawing, which Rp.1,488,562,000,00; by technique Rp.1,477,837,249,00; realization combining LFL is Rp.1,478,143,808,00. Calculation quantity reinforcing steel better than method. Using more efficient, because it makes remaining after cutting calculated properly.
